SOLVENT BASED FOIL ADHESIVE
SMOG

Solvent-based polyurethane adhesive for gravure printing technique.
High washing fastness is achieved when printing under the specified conditions.

Various recipes can be applied using TVS-075 (crosslinker/hardener), TVS-05 (catalyst/accelerator) and MEK.
The mixture (TVS-100, TVS-075&TVS-005) is applied on the back of the foil with a gravure cylinder.
Semi-dried at 60-80 °C.
The foil is printed on the textile surface by calendering at 120-150°C.
The reaction (curing) should be completed within 24-48 hours in a hot room at 50-80°C.
The carrier film of the foil is separated after curing is completed.
It is sold in 60 kg plastic packaging.
